  Bits of Lace staff was awesome! I called them from San Francisco, asking them to help me pick out and deliver a gift for a friend's bachelorette party in Charleston. They texted me photos, gift wrapped the set, wrote a personalized card AND delivered the gift across town. Helped me pull off a fun gift surprise from across the country and I would definitely recommend them not only for their selection but for their awesome customer service.

  While the staff is nice, it's not exactly confidence building to have them offer me a measurement and that's done by just picking out a bra and having me try it on. That is a terrible terrible way to measure, and it's not really even measuring.

  Amazing and beautiful shop! The staff was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. I'm usually terrified and uneasy about undergarment shopping, but the girls had me at ease and it was a great experience. Further, the garment quality is awesome and worth every penny.
