  Carolina Lanterns were so easy to work with. We found exactly what we wanted and it looks great. Their customer service was good and they did what they could to get our lights here as quickly as possible.

  My wife and I have been acquainted with the owner of Carolina Lanterns (Jan Clouse) for over 13 years. 13 years ago, we purchased 2 large and 2 smaller Tradd Street gas burning copper lanterns from Jan’s store. Throughout the years she and her staff have provided cheerful, helpful and exemplary service. Recently, after removing glass from one of the large lanterns in order to clean it thoroughly, I ran into difficulty trying to re-seat the glass back into the lantern. After struggling for over an hour, I called Carolina Lanterns for help. I spoke with Kerry and after explaining my difficulty, she immediately volunteered to come to my house to help me at no charge. Kerry arrived promptly the next morning and after a short time figured it out and successfully re-seated all the glass back into the lantern, to my grateful relief. Would I recommend purchasing from Carolina Lanterns? Yes! Without hesitation. Jan and her staff are always cheerful and professional. James R. Thompson
