  I ordered a custom engagement ring on September 24th 2015. I was told the ring would be ready in 8-10 weeks. That makes 10 weeks on December 3rd 2015. The ring was finally finished on January 19th 2016. The ring is exactly what I asked for, but my engagement plans were ruined because the ring did not get to me in a timely manner. I emailed them multiple times throughout the process, and responses generally came in 2-3 days saying that the ring was being held up in the casting process. I know nothing about jewelry, but I did not think their customer service was very good. I know things happen, but to be 7 weeks late on any product is absurd. As far as I can tell, they make a good product, but if you order custom, don't plan anything until you have the ring in your hand.
