  A friend of mine recommend this place. I told my friend that is getting married about it. She was so excited that they carried the brand's she liked since she loves out of town no one near her carried them. When we arrived they had a cute sign out front with my friend's name on it. As we walked in we where quickly greeted and given refreshments. The place was beautiful and very well lit. It had beautiful big mirrors. The lady helping my friend was very understanding of her desires and did not try to push her into any dress that was not what she wanted. After my friend finding the perfect dress for her everything was so easy for payment and alteration appointments. They even had a cute dress for her to sign and a photo probably stand. They made the hole experience magical and relaxing. Highly recommend this place to any bride!

  The only thing I am able to say is that this is a beautiful shop, because I was never taken back to even browse the dresses. I had a 1:30 appointment and showed up at 1:30. We were told to have a seat, because the previous appointment was going over. Fifteen minutes later, they apologized that the last appointment was still going, but that it should be wrapping up. After 30 minutes, they again came out and stressed that this bride had been there for two and a half hours (bear in mind, until they take you back for your appointment, you cannot even look at the dresses). After 50 minutes, I was feeling so frustrated that I knew even if I loved a dress, I would not want to get it from them after this experience. My maid of honor went back and told them we were leaving and they went on to explain that it was not their fault and made excuses. Every aspect of this scenario was unacceptable and unprofessional. If I had relied solely on this boutique to find my dress, I would have been heartbroken. This may be a one time thing, but be warned that it did happen.
