  After months of searching and countless dresses later, I finally found my wedding dress at Palmetto Bridal! They posted my dress online and the second I saw it, I knew that was the one. As soon as it came in, Christie called me. We scheduled an appointment and it turned out to be my LAST appointment. The dress was beautiful. Christie was so incredibly professional and helpful. I felt like I was shopping with a friend (who really listens!). She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable. I'm so glad I found my dress with her. Thank you Palmetto! Can't wait for the big day to be here -- come on October!!

  After going to 3 different Charleston stores with no luck, I finally discovered Palmetto Bridal Boutique. They are genius in that they actually show all their available dresses online with prices! As a budget-conscious bride, I was disappointed in Charleston to go to a store, only to find out that it was way over my budget. I spent sometime looking online at what dresses they had available so it saved time in store because I had a solid starting point. Palmetto Bridal Boutique has a great selection at various prices. It was easy to make an appointment and they were awesome. I actually bought a dress from them off the rack! Their off the rack selection is actually gorgeous dresses, not the outdated dresses like many stores offer. There was a slight tear in the lace on the off-the-rack dress that I noticed. They actually took off a bit of money from the price and hand-sewed it together for me - good as new! Now that is service!

  Great experience! I was so nervous about trying on dresses as this was my first stop but the staff put me at ease immediately. They were open to anything I wanted to try and were never pushy. Ended up buying my dress here! Could not have been a better experience.
